Delivery Information

Due to the nature of our products we try and ship boxes as fast as we can but with customised and personalised individual products, we do have a lead time of approx 1 – 3 weeks if not sooner. On standard gift boxes that do not have personalised items in them, we ship within 3 days of receiving the order depending on stock levels. If we don’t have your items in stock then we always will offer an alternative to ensure delivery within 7 days. We give you that time frame to allow plenty of time for our skilled artisans and creatives to make your products to perfection!

All packages come with tracking. This ensures us that we can see that you have received your packages and that they arrive to you safely and it also helps you keep track of where your precious handmade items are

We can ship directly to your giftee to help with the element of surprise, so when providing us with their address, please ensure it is correct. If package has to be re-sent due to an incorrect address, then further shipping charges will apply.

All packages are packed with the best intention of keeping your breakable products safe.

All package shipping costs are a standard $10 but bigger orders will be based on the size of your gift, the weight and where it is being sent.

If you have any problems with your package when it arrives, please contact us directly via email.

We don’t split ship and every order placed will be packed together. If you did need 2 boxes to go to 2 different places, then please do a separate order for each.

Upon your order being shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email.
